Production & Turnaround

• Submit your files by 8:00 AM to guarantee same-day pickup or shipping by 5:00 PM.

• Files submitted after 8:00 AM (without rush service) will be printed the next business day and ready by 5:00 PM.

• Orders placed after 8:00 AM Friday will be printed at the normal rate on Monday, ready by 5:00 PM.

• Rush printing (within 8 hours) is available—please call or text us to confirm. Rush service is not available after 5:00 PM.

• Weekend printing is not available at this time.

Because of this, we can’t guarantee performance in every situation. For best results, we suggest testing before applying to important items and avoiding use on surfaces that require guaranteed adhesion.

Application Instructions

Getting the best results with your UV DTF stickers is simple! Just follow these steps:

1. Prep the Surface & Sticker

• Clean your surface with soap and water or a light alcohol/water mix (50/50). A clean base helps the sticker last longer.

• Place the sticker face down (white side up) and firmly run a squeegee over the back 2–4 times. Focus extra on thin lines or small text.

2. Peel Carefully

• Slowly lift the clear carrier sheet away from the backing while keeping an eye on the design.

• If any part doesn’t lift, press again with the squeegee and peel from a different angle.

3. Position & Apply

• For smaller designs, place them carefully with both hands.

• For larger designs, start from one edge and smooth across to prevent bubbles or wrinkles.

• Pro tip: Leave a small corner unpressed so the carrier sheet is easier to peel away.

4. Set & Finish

• Once the sticker is in place, firmly squeegee over it again 2–4 times.

• Slowly peel off the clear sheet, making sure the whole design sticks. If something lifts, lay it back down, squeegee, and peel again.

File & Artwork Recommendations

• All file types accepted, but vector files are preferred.

• Raster images should be at least 300 DPI.

• Canva or Procreate users: export as PDF for best results.
